I design frameworks and processes that enable design teams to thrive. My expertise lies in central process management, where I focus on team rituals, organization design, agile product delivery, engagement models, learning and development, team health, knowledge management, and manager support.
I began my career as a producer, where I honed my skills in facilitating collaboration and driving creative projects to completion. Over the years, I've developed commercials, billboards, web and mobile games, websites, digital tools, and software.
Now, the product I’m most passionate about is cultivating and empowering my team.
